Prior to purchasing an ActionCOACH franchise I investigated the franchise, checking not only it's prowess in the field, but even investigating it's legitimacy. It's true to say I remained professionally sceptical for some considerable time. I did everything I could to find any evidence of the franchise model not being all I hoped.

I found the people I met genuine but still reserved judgement both of the success of ActionCOACH and my suitability to running a practice.

Having purchased the franchise, I found the training to be a very powerful experience, consolidating my expectations of the franchise. I, like many, have made friendships that I'm sure will endure a lifetime. To enter such an intense regime of study later in life was very hard, but truly rewarding. Post training was even tougher as I scrambled in the first few days to implement the vast array of change.
