We are searching for professionals to join our team and help us complete our national coverage of the UK, where we plan to service the country's small businesses from some 400 offices run and owned by professionals like you, our franchisees.
We provide our business owners with first-rate support and encouragement to help them become successful, starting with a fully comprehensive 5-week initial training course.
Previous small business accounting experience is not necessary - we will teach you everything you need to know to complete accounts for sole traders and partnerships. In addition, you will have the opportunity to significantly expand the scope of your business by participating in one of the limited company training courses we provide frequently throughout the year, which will enable you to prepare small limited company accounts, i.e. those not requiring statutory audit. It is not our intention to target large company work as this is not our area of expertise and is not in line with our philosophy of 'Keeping it simple'.
As you build your business you will receive ongoing, consistent support from Cranleys Chartered Accountants, including regular training in marketing, promotion, business development, sales activity management and building your client base, as well as review and revision of small business accounts preparation, self-assessment tax returns and add-on services.

The Franchise
We offer two entry levels to the franchise.
The first entry package costs £20,000 + VAT and allows you to work from a commercial office and then move to a shop front by the end of your third year. Alternatively you can also open up a shop front from day one.

We also provide 25 free client leads from our lead generation providers and look to arrange membership of a networking organisation wherever possible, simply to help you raise awareness of your business in the area.
Unlike other businesses we will offer you the ability to continue with new lead generation activities controlled from our main office location.
The second package which includes all of the above benefits, takes you straight to a shop-based practice, and is for those franchisees who wish to leave the set up to us. With this package the franchisor provides extra support in terms of sourcing suitable premises, the refurbishment of the site to the franchisor's required specification, the attraction and recruitment of suitable staff, employment legislation guidance and 12 months' branded car lease. You would benefit from all of the features listed above and the franchise fee would still be £20,000 + VAT with the additional features invoiced as necessary.
