Kumon provides after-school maths and English classes to over 50,000 children throughout the UK and we are looking for child-centred individuals to start, or take over existing study centres throughout the UK and Ireland. No previous teaching experience is required as full training is provided.

As an Instructor, running your own Kumon study centre, you will take on a hugely rewarding, varied and demanding role while having the ability to organise your working life to fit around your other commitments. This is a part-time commitment where you will be supported in developing the skills needed to run your own business.

Over the last 50 years, Kumon has developed a supplementary education programme that complements the national curriculum and allows students to develop their ability at an individualised rate.

As a Kumon Instructor you will provide children with a solid foundation for academic success. You will inspire them to find the strength of character to overcome obstacles. You will also encourage them to want to study hard because you make learning rewarding.
