The Franchisees will be permitted to use these titles and privileges under the Mayfair banner specifically to provide a service within the Franchise Agreement. The Franchisee will not be permitted to use Mayfair materials outside of the agreement. The Franchisee must share Mayfair’s philosophy and replicate the passion to help people and companies improve and achieve.
