We firmly believe that our Franchise package is one of the best Recruitment franchises available to individuals, partners and teams. We have used our vast business and recruitment experience to come up with a tried and tested method of recruitment that covers all aspects of set ups.

We are able to offer each franchisee the dedicated resource of a Morgan Harvey Support line to ensure that all aspects of your business are covered. In addition, you will have direct access to the Group MD who will be on hand to assist you with your business. NO OTHER recruitment franchise offering has this personal support. That's what makes our package unique.

Each franchise that is purchased covers a complete county and you will own all of the potential and existing clients in that area. When we receive enquiries from clients for assistance with recruitment from your county, you will be notified immediately and we will pass on the lead.

Your role is to supply both Permanent and Contract (and Temporary if required) staff to companies within your own protected Territory. Each Licensee will have access to the latest technology for recruiting candidates and advertising jobs to recruitment and sales databases.

Our training programme is designed to teach every franchisee or member of staff the complete Morgan Harvey recruitment process. This will encompass everything from running a business from home, to running a major city branch. You will be taught how to build a successful business that works for you. We will train you on how to win and retain clients, how to advertise and place people with your clients as well as all of the back office procedures that Morgan Harvey Group will look after for you.

We have proven success with taking both seasoned business professionals and virgin business people through the same process, so you can be guaranteed that you will finish our training with full knowledge of how to run a recruitment business. The rest is up to you.

How much do I need?

Our territory prices range from £10,000 - £ 25,000 + VAT for a 5 year licence. 

Your 5 year licence fee includes:

• Existing client base – dependent on area
• Rights to an exclusive area
• Access to Morgan Harvey Group Job Board and Advertising Boards
• Telephone answering and voicemail facilities at our head office
• Operations Manual
• Set up of a new Limited company including all paperwork and name choice
• Registration of your new company for VAT
• Database of 2,000 businesses in your county
• 5 day induction course at our training branch
• On site meeting at your location with Morgan Harvey Group Managing Director
• Ongoing training and workshops and dedicated support line
• Company branding
• Use of Company Marketing literature
• Business cards and email addresses
• Templates for back office support
• Finance and invoicing support – full credit control back up
• Negotiated discounts on all major Job boards and with accountants that manage many of the existing franchisees.

We also charge a small management fee as a percentage of your monthly turnover to cover the following:

• Head Office admin and support
• IT support
• Holiday cover for Licensees
• Full telephone support
• Quarterly day visit from Group MD to your premises
• Full Credit control and invoicing

A full breakdown of figures can be obtained from Morgan Harvey, but figures based on existing Franchisees give potential earnings (after costs) of £50,000 in year 1, £86,500 in year 2 and £100,000 in year 3.

As a Franchisor Morgan Harvey are responsible for ensuring that the Franchisee has all of the information and support required to create and build a successful business.

Our training courses and ongoing support have been designed to create competent business individuals and companies in the recruitment industry. We have a unique method that can be applied to any individuals set up, whether that be at home or from an office. Your clients will receive the same top quality service from you as they do from any Morgan Harvey Group Office.

You will receive one to one training as well as being able to shadow an existing recruiter. Our ongoing support will be given by visits to you, visits to us and phone coaching.
