The opportunity is restricted to a limited number of Licensees operating in exclusive areas within the various regional train networks throughout UK. The Stems Licence opportunity is strictly a hands on approach, this business opportunity does not suit the passive investor. From our experience, it is proven that Licensees who are totally hands on, are able to achieve greater growth and profitability by motivating their staff and building relationships with customers on a one to one basis.  This approach by the Licensee will also ensure a greater understanding of their business, therefore enabling it to grow in a positive direction.

You would be managing your own ‘flower shop’ in your exclusive station location and operating under Stems’ structured national corporate umbrella which provides you with full back office support including brand and marketing activities, sales and administration services, corporate e-commerce support and on-going business support.  

The floristry market is one of the most stable market sectors, growing on a steady basis year on year. 

The UK fresh flower market was worth £2.2 billion at retail level in 2007, which represents an average consumer spend of £36 per person per year.

Around 60% of the £2.2 billion spent represents people buying flowers and plants for themselves, for their own homes. Even five years ago, most people in the UK only bought flowers for special occasions like weddings and anniversaries and may have bought a pot plant when visiting someone. Stems provide both initial and ongoing training to ensure that all Licensees reach their maximum earning potential as soon as possible.

The company have designed a five day initial residential introduction course to cover all the major aspects of operating and managing your own ‘flower shop’ business. This initial training course has been designed by the company in conjunction with Amanda Watson-Smith, one of the country’s leading experts in floristry.

Following the initial training course the company then provide further on site training at a hands on level to suit the individual Licensee and location involved.

The company provide full daytime support for all Licensees concerning all aspects of the business, including ordering, stock levels, marketing, corporate business, etc.
