The County Homesearch Company is the UK’s largest independent homefinder with offices throughout the UK and in Ireland, Cyprus and South Africa.

During the 1980’s a lot of estate agents “sold out” to financial institutions and at the signing of a pen, traditional standards of high quality service to the housing market became less of a priority than selling insurance products or financial services and the property buying public were feeling neglected and abused.

The County Homesearch Company was established in 1988 to redress the balance and provide the very highest level of service to the home buyer who up until this point had been largely unrepresented.

Today we offer bespoke homefinding services to our private clients as well as a service tailored to the stringent demands of multinational clients through the company’s Corporate Division.

We have ISO9001 certification and also an industry specific quality standard, the EuRA Quality Seal.

The Franchise Package includes:

The purchase of a franchise costs £35,000 + VAT which is fully reclaimable.  This is for an initial five year term.

We will provide an initial 2 day training programme, initial supplies of stationery and corporate marketing collateral together with the software required for our management information system.

Our Central Office team will provide ongoing support on a day to day basis and further training as required.

The majority of our offices are successfully run as home-based operations.
