Interest in the Loans 2 Go franchise is really gathering pace as, only days after announcing a new franchisee in Gateshead, the company is welcoming aboard another at the opposite end of the country!
Peter Hurlock, Tunbridge Wells - based businessman, is the latest sign-up to the specialised lending business, having taken a franchise territory within the South East. As he has already run several successful enterprises, we were keen to know Peter's motivation for joining Loans 2 Go.
"I looked closely at several franchises but decided upon Loans 2 Go for a few reasons; it has a business model which is not just proven but unique, the prospective returns from my investment are high, the company gives thorough training plus dedicated support and, very importantly, the business suits the economic conditions ahead of us." explained Peter, "I've been looking to diversify from some of my property interests and have taken the opportunity, which Loans 2 Go provides, to move into a recession-resistant, cash-generative business."
Darren Smith, the founder of Loans 2 Go, believes enquiries about the franchise will increase even more as the downturn takes hold. "We are dealing with a significant number of information requests from people who are thinking about re-investing the returns they have made over the last decade from businesses such as property development, estate agencies or buy to let portfolios, into a business more geared to this tougher climate," he commented, "which is good news for us because we are attracting top class entrepreneurs, such as Peter, as franchisees"
Loans 2 Go, whose specialised lending franchise needs no previous loans experience or financial qualifications, is currently offering franchisees the option to delay payment of their Franchise Fee for up to 3 years, enabling them to focus their initial investment on building up their franchise, a facility which Darren believes is another reason why enquiries are so strong.
