Einstein Bros. Bagels Expanding

Posted on: 20/08/2008 Einstein Noah Restaurant Group has signed a multi-unit development agreement with restaurateur Charles Loflin to franchise Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurants and expand the brand in Texas. Mr. Loflin, who already operates over 30 restaurants in Southwestern Texas, could add seven Einstein Bros. restaurants to his franchise collection within the next five years, with he first restaurant is scheduled to open in early 2009. "The craveable food and comfortable atmosphere of fit in well with the neighborhood," said Mr. Loflin said: "I am pleased that we are planning to bring the popular Einstein Bros. brand's neighborhood friendly atmosphere and variety of great tasting menu items with high-quality ingredients and quick casual service to the residents of the area."
