Reliance Retail Ltd., a subsidiary of India's most valuable company, Reliance Industries Ltd., has announced that it has signed an exclusive franchise arrangement with UK toy retailer Hamleys.
Reliance Retail plans to invest around 1.25 billion rupees over the next 7-8 years in order to open 20 stores in Indias. The company has said that it will open two Hamleys flagship stores in Mumbai and New Delhi next year.
