Executive search firm SAPhire International has joined franchise company CNA International, owned by Network Brand Partnerships and part of the Pertemps Group.

Nick Sprang, franchise manager at CNA International, which operates 27 franchises, told Recruiter that January 2010 is already looking better than January last year. The firm is looking to add franchises in IT, construction, legal, accounting and management consultancy.

And Sprang says that he is so keen to meet demand in these sectors that he is willing to negotiate alternatives to the £30k franchise fee, adding that clients need to be sustainable so CNA does want them to exhaust their working capital and firms that have built up their business may get the franchise for free if the value of the business is great enough.
