Franchisors urged to improve their recruitment process

Success Dynamics is an HR franchise which is urging fellow franchised businesses to invest in psychometric profiling to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their recruitment process.

According to Success Dynamics, the underlying premise of psychometric profiling is the supply of sophisticated management tools to allow an improved understanding of an individual’s personality and behaviour. The company claims the use of such techniques can pay dividends when validating a potential franchisee’s suitability to join the franchisor’s network.

The importance of appointing the right people for a business was highlighted in a recent survey undertaken by Success Dynamics (involving 50 MDs and company owners) which revealed that 85% of senior management consider staff to be the business’ most valuable asset. The survey also highlighted the growing interest in psychometric profiling as a means to enhance a company’s recruitment process, with 71% of respondents agreeing that their current recruitment practice could benefit from the use of this type of management tool.
