Advantage Rent A Car Opens First Franchise

Posted on: 16/06/2008 Advantage Rent A Cars first car rental franchise location has opened in Memphis, Tennessee. Swade North America LLC purchased the location, which opened on 2nd June 2008. Peter Fritz, Director of Franchising at Advantage, said: We are excited to be working with Swade North America in the development of this and additional locations in Tennessee and Alabama. Their enthusiasm and dedication to customer service will be a welcome addition as the Advantage system increases its reach east of the Mississippi River. The franchise license allows Swade North America to expand future operations to the Huntsville International Airport, which will be opening this summer, as well as to the international airports in Memphis and Birmingham, Alabama. Swade North America President Kelly Wade said she is 'excited about the new Memphis location as it is an ideal area to serve the local market, including Bartlett and Cordova'. She went on: 'We look forward to expanding to other areas in Memphis and we are very excited about introducing the Advantage brand into Tennessee and Alabama.'
