Yogis Grill Teriyaki & Roll is already a fast growing casual Japanese restaurant and the company has now begun selling franchises to further accelerate its growth. The first Yogis Grill opened in Mesa, Arizona, 2005 and a second restaurant followed earlier this year.

Won B. Kyeh, vice president and co-founder of Yogis Grill, said: 'We have three more restaurants underway in the Phoenix metro area already this year. Our cuisine appeals to many different types of people and we are looking to expand throughout and even beyond, the state of Arizona.' Won also noted that franchising will allow the company to open businesses more quickly than would be possible through other methods of expansion.
