I joined CityLocal because the site was really different and gave a good impression as soon as people saw it.  When we went to meet Naz and Zak, they were really approachable and very nice people and that's one of the reasons why we joined.  Our customers have been really satisfied with us and they really appreciate having me there to support them and any time they call me I am available for them and they really like this.

Support from Head Office has been brilliant.  It does not matter when we call they are always there.  They always answer your questions and they always get back to our emails really promptly.

The new developments are great and they will have a great affect on our income.  Our  revenue is building all the time and with the new ways of selling CityLocal, things are really getting very interesting.  The site is easy to use and you don't need much computer knowledge to run the site.  It is really very, easy.
